Full-Service
From choosing a date and booking a venue to obsessing over every designed detail along the way, Wanderlust will create an enhanced experience for your wedding day. This option is ideal for couples who have little free-time to plan, design and execute their wedding, and/or for those who simply desire the expertise of a planning and design professional! We would love to meet with you to start planning your perfect day from the very beginning of the process.

Full Scale - Wedding Design, Planning and Coordination
Unlimited planning, consultations, and communication throughout the entire planning process
Venue research and tours to find the perfect venue(s)
Work with client to develop wedding day vision, decor and rental ideas
Research/secure rental company
Share preferred vendors curated to clients budget and vision
Mood Board creation to perfect wedding vision
Share a planning to-do list for 12-18 months out to stay on track during the process
Assist in the communication and hiring with all vendors
Assist with vendor contract management and negotiations with all vendors, working in the best interest of client and budget
Vendor confirmation 1 month prior to event, 48-hours prior, and the day-of the event
Creation of detailed event-timeline
Full day-of coordination (up to 3 Wanderlust team members) for unlimited hours
Team-up with venue coordinator and all vendors to perfect and perform duties together the day of event
Prior to Rehearsal
Development of a detailed event day timeline
Confirm times listed on timeline with vendors and edit timeline for all participants
Set up and join final calls with vendors
Distribute final timeline to vendors via email no less than 2 weeks prior to wedding.
Review all vendor contracts to ensure all necessary and expected services will be provided
Confirm music and timeline with DJ/Band
Final venue meeting with client to confirm event day details and complete walk-through at venue(s)
Wedding Day
Serve as the contact person for vendors day-of event and arriving at venue first
Working together with Venue coordinator for a seamless set-up and flow of day
Coordinate the movement of guests and wedding party
Complete reception table and Venue décor set-up, including centerpieces, table numbers, candles candy/cookie table, gift table, etc.
Working together with DJ/entertainment, coordinate the lining-up of family and wedding party for formal entrances, important dances, and keeping the timeline running seamlessly with emcee
Hand out final payments and gratuities to vendors, if applicable
Wanderlust remains at Venue through the entire event and assist with tear-down of the venue and personal items of the client

Partial Planning
This package is designed for couples who have secured their event date and venue but need guidance with design and vendor selection. It includes three in-person meetings, where we’ll offer as much—or as little—support as you need, from choosing rentals and refining layouts to coordinating food tastings. We’re here to provide the perfect balance of guidance, making sure every detail aligns with your vision.

Décor and Design Development
3 in-person meetings with clients and/or vendors, to discuss, plan and execute event
Create mood board/design visuals to visualize decor ideas and overall aesthetic
Share with Client preferred vendors matching their budget/vision/requests
Review Clients vision/decor ideas and provide Client options of where to purchase/rent items from
Execute the vision the day of the event. Complete set-up of all client-owned items and/or rental items, overseeing and coordinating with all participating vendors
Open communication via phone/email throughout planning process
Final meeting (at venue) for final logistics and event planning (4th in-person meeting)
Wedding Coordination
